WDC has appointed Colliers CRE to carry out a Delivery Plan which will help to bring forward schemes in the city’s canalside area.
Working in partnership with Wolverhampton Council, WDC has commissioned Colliers to re-evaluate the existing Canalside Quarter Implementation Plan in light of the changed economic climate. The Study’s remit will include reviewing key sites and considering their most advantageous future use.
Colliers will present its findings in March 2010.
