The much awaited application for Phase I of the Interchange scheme has been submitted by Neptune Developments with Wolverhampton City Council.
With the OJEU procedure well under way, it’s anticipated that a start on site will happen in October 2009. This important phase will provide a new world–class bus station, together with commercial space. Neptune is likely to seek outline consent for the remainder of the scheme later this year.
