This event will address the effect of the current economic situation on planning and development. The discussion forum will focus on what we can do to grasp the opportunities out there and ensure the delivery of housing and sustainable communities continues, both in the recession and in the rush to build and fulfil housing ambitions in the upturn that follows. The events will combine the unique cross sector and non partisan expertise amongst TCPA’s members and others to share views and forge new thinking on what we need to do to adapt and improve the way development is planned and delivered. Attendance would give you a seat alongside other key influencers such as Clive Dutton and representatives of HCA, Planning Inspectorate and HBF.
